Our Minister

Rev. Derek Rymarchuk is a duly ordained minister and is authorized by the province of Ontario to officiate at your marriage celebration. He is able to perform both religious and non-traditional wedding services. Rev. Rymarchuk is here to make your wedding day a special and memorable occasion. Our Wedding Chapel

Beautifully decorated, the wedding chapel rental includes two pillars with gorgeous flower arrangements on each, a perfect backdrop for photos. Behind these pillars are two lighted trees, and in the center is a table upon which the registry can be signed. On the table is a flower arrangement and Quill Pen. All of these amenities are complements of the Wedding Company. Take a look inside our Wedding Chapel.

Should you need witnesses, we also offer this at no charge.

Marriage Licence Facts

Fee (cash only) $100.00
Age At least 18 Years
16 & 17 year-olds may also be married, but they require parental consent
2 pieces of identification are required...Birth Certificate or Passport and another piece such as a Driver's License

You can obtain a Marriage Licence at the City Clerk's Department at City Hall here in Niagara Falls. If you'd like, we'll even go with you and show you where it is. Now how's that for an added touch!?

Both parties must sign the Application Form and produce two pieces of identification; a valid driver's licence AND birth certificate or valid passport.

To save time at city hall, you may wish fill out the online Marriage Licence Application form located on City Hall's website.

Validity

A marriage licence is valid anywhere in Ontario for a period of 3 months from the date it is issued. Following your marriage, it is recognized world-wide.

PLEASE NOTE:

HST will be charged on all packages, effective July 1st 2010

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required on all wedding packages.

Due to the effort that is involved in making your wedding a most memorable occasion we ask that if you must cancel our services - that you do so at least 24 hours before the service is to take place. If you do not cancel 24 hours before the service then you will be charged the full amount.
